Ralph Zagha is a GIS Specialist with the Highlands Water Protection and Planning Council.

Ralph has a background in environmental planning, policy and geospatial analytics. Prior to joining the Highlands Council Staff, he was a GIS Analyst with the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection (NJDEP), where his work involved analysis and modeling of the potential impacts of chemical spills, crude oil spills, and nuclear radiation discharge on facility sites and transportation routes. With the NJDEP, Ralph was also responsible for providing local emergency responders with hazardous vulnerability maps to improve emergency response, planning and awareness. His experience also includes mapping and analytics support for a land conservancy in Northeastern Pennsylvania and an economic development organization in Southern New York.

Ralph holds a B.A. in Environmental Planning and Geography, with a minor in GIS from Binghamton University.
