Drew Siglin is a Regional Planner for the Highlands Water Protection and Planning Council. In addition to environmental and regional planning, Drew has extensive experience in sustainable design, low impact development, watershed management, stormwater management, and landscape design.

Prior to joining the Highlands Council staff, Drew worked as a Program Manager at a regional nonprofit environmental services organization. There, he led and collaborated in all facets of environmental grant proposal development and managed a variety of conservation-oriented projects from concept through completion. As part of a small office, Drew’s work relied on building lasting partnerships with diverse community stakeholder groups and producing strong project deliverables, while managing budgets and workloads.

Drew earned a Master of Science in Landscape Architecture from Pennsylvania State University. His thesis revolved around Green Infrastructure use in the Delaware River Basin at the municipal government level. He also earned an Option in Watershed Stewardship by completing a watershed conservation plan with numerous private and government representatives. Drew earned a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Planning and Design (Landscape Architecture track) from Rutgers University.
